Based from my grandparents precious gem business, Kiatra Celeste has been formed following two previous generations of a family-run sapphire specialist dedicated to exquisite craftsmanship and personalized service. Today, we carry on their passion—working closely with my parents and continuing to uphold the same commitment to the quality they established decades ago.

Our specialty lies in rare sapphires and other precious gemstones. While sapphires are our hallmark, we offer a broad range of stones and precious metals to bring your custom vision to life. Every piece, from start to finish, reflects our dedication to sustainability (where feasible), meticulous artistry, and authenticity.

Our Process

If you’ve just created a design in Pencil, here’s what to expect once you send it to us:

  1. Review & Consultation (1 Week)
    After receiving your design, we’ll schedule a meeting or discussion—either online or in person—to go over every detail and make sure it aligns with your vision.

  2. Final Design Confirmation and Payment (1 Week)
    We’ll refine the design as needed, then send it back to you for approval. You’ll have the opportunity to confirm any final touches before production begins. Once you have agreed to the final design we will request a deposit payment of 1/3rd of the total cost. Final 2/3rds to be paid any time before delivery.

  3. Gemstone Certification & Production (6 Weeks)
    Any featured gemstones are sent for independent certification, ensuring you receive a fully verified and documented stone. Once certified, we proceed with crafting your piece to exacting standards.

  4. Quality Check & Assay (2 Weeks)
    Once we receive the finished piece from our manufacturer, it undergoes a thorough inspection by our in-house team. We then submit it to the UK Assay Office for official authenticity stamps and hallmarks.

  5. Shipping to You (1 Week)
    We ship worldwide via special recorded delivery with full insurance. This step typically takes about a week, depending on your location.

  6. Import and VAT

    Kiatra & Celeste will cover all import duties and VAT for orders delivered within the UK — no additional charges will apply to you.
    For international orders outside the UK, the buyer is responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or VAT charges imposed by their local customs authorities.

Please note: From the time you submit your design to the moment you receive your finished piece, you can anticipate a timeline of approximately 10 weeks total. If you have special requests or tight deadlines, let us know—we’re here to help wherever we can.
