Returns & Refunds Policy

At Kiatra Celeste, each piece of jewellery is meticulously handcrafted to meet your unique specifications. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once production has commenced, except in cases where the item is faulty or does not match the agreed-upon specifications.​ However we understand that circumstances can change, and we always strive to be fair and accommodating. If you need to cancel or adjust your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible. While we cannot offer full refunds once production has begun, we offer a partial refund of 2/3 of the total price, as the crafting process involves significant time and resources.

Our goal is to ensure you feel confident and excited about your custom-made piece, and we will always do our best to assist you in any way we can. If you have any concerns or special requests, please don’t hesitate to contact us—we're here to help.

Order Cancellation:

Before Production: You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placement for a full refund.​

After 48 Hours: Cancellations made after 48 hours but before production has started will incur a cancellation fee of one-third (1/3) of the total order value.​

Refund Policy:

Post-Production Commencement: Once your order has entered the production phase, cancellations or returns are not permitted. However, if you are unsatisfied with the final product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to discuss potential resolutions.​

Faulty or Incorrect Items:

If your custom-made jewellery is faulty or does not match the agreed-upon design, please notify us within 14 days of receipt. We will arrange for a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.​
