Frequently asked questions.
Can you insure jewellery?
Kiatra & Celeste don’t provide jewellery insurance. We do provide a receipt and certificates of authenticity for every item sold, which will be needed by your insurance company to properly insure your item.
Why does a product say "Enquiry Form" instead of "Add to Basket"?
Because we’re a small business that makes most of our pieces to order, we can customize items to your exact preferences. Some products are either in limited supply or temporarily out of stock, which means they may take a bit longer to create and deliver. Before taking any payment, we want to confirm we can get your order to you within a reasonable timeframe.
When you see an “Enquiry Form” instead of the usual “Add to Basket” button, simply fill out the form or get in touch with us directly. We’ll check availability and get back to you with estimated delivery times as soon as possible. Please note that delivery times provided by our suppliers can change due to factors like materials and supply issues, but we’ll always do our best to keep you informed.
We appreciate your patience and are excited to help you create a piece that’s perfect for you!
I don't know what size ring I need. How can I find out?
We have an easy to understand ring size guide that can be found here - Ring Size Guide
Where can you deliver to?
Almost everywhere in the world. UK delivery is next day as standard. International takes around 3-5 days, depending on which country the item is going to. It is important to note that customs processing can also delay delivery.
If I place a pre-order or special order with a lead time, can you guarantee the price at the time of ordering and paying?
Yes. Once we receive your payment, the price is locked in and will not change. However, if there is a delay between placing your order and completing payment, the price may be adjusted to reflect any changes in material costs that occur during that period. To avoid any surprises, we recommend making payment as soon as possible after placing your order.
Are you fully authorized to produce and sell all of your products?
We’re not a reseller. Every item we offer is made from materials sourced by us, then crafted by our trusted manufacturer, and thoroughly quality-checked by our team. Because we oversee every step—from sourcing to final inspection—you can be confident that each piece is brand new, meets our high standards, and hasn’t passed through any third party.
Who is liable for VAT and Import Charges?
We are responsible for any orders to be shipped within the UK. Any overseas orders may attract additional VAT and Import Duty charges and the buyer is responsible for these costs. Please contact us if you have any questions.
Can I make payments through monthly installments?
Yes, you can choose to pay in monthly installments with Klarna—just select Klarna at checkout to view your options.
