1. Introduction

Kiara & Celeste is a luxury jewelry brand specialising in custom-made sapphire rings. These Terms apply to all website visitors and customers. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Ordering Process

All rings are made to order and handcrafted upon purchase.

Orders are confirmed via email upon completion of checkout.

Production and shipping take approximately 6–8 weeks.

Any order modifications must be requested within 48 hours of purchase.

3. Pricing & Payment

Accepted Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards and PayPal.

Currency: All transactions are processed in [GBP.

Taxes & Duties: Customers are responsible for any applicable import taxes or customs duties.

Price Adjustments: We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

Before Production: Orders may be canceled within 48 hours for a full refund.

After 48 Hours (Before Production Starts): A one-third (1/3) non-refundable fee applies.

Once Production Begins: Orders are non-refundable, except in cases of defects or errors.

Faulty or Incorrect Items: Customers must contact us within 14 days of delivery for a resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or refund.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Processing Time: Rings take 6–8 weeks from order placement to delivery.

Delivery Methods: We use reputable couriers (DHL, FedEx, etc.).

Shipping Costs: Included within the price of the purchase for UK delivery. Delivery to all other countries will be charged during checkout.

Lost or Delayed Shipments: We are not responsible for delays due to customs or courier issues, but we will assist in tracking shipments.

6. Product Warranty & Repairs

Warranty: Our rings are covered by a one-year warranty for craftsmanship defects. This excludes normal wear and tear, accidental damage, and improper care.

Repairs & Resizing: We offer resizing and repairs at an additional cost. Customers must contact us for pricing and arrangements.

7. UK Assay Office Certification

All rings are sent to a UK Assay Office for metal purity testing and hallmarking to guarantee the authenticity and quality of materials used.

8. Intellectual Property

All text, images, logos, and designs on our website belong to Kiara & Celeste and cannot be copied or used without permission.

Any custom designs created as part of an order remain the intellectual property of Kiara & Celeste unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Limitation of Liability

Kiara & Celeste is not liable for damages arising from improper use or care of our products.

We are not responsible for allergic reactions to materials such as gold or platinum.

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

11. Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by UK law.

Complaints & Disputes: Customers can raise concerns by contacting us at complaints@kiatraceleste.com. We aim to resolve disputes amicably. If unresolved, disputes shall be handled under UK jurisdiction.
